How long does a kitchen or bath remodel take?
It depends on scope, permits, and when materials arrive. Making selections early is the single biggest thing that keeps a remodel on schedule.
Can I finance a remodel?
Often, yes. Renovation loans can roll the cost into a purchase or refinance. The lender reviews our written estimate and pays the work out in stages.
Can we live at home during the remodel?
Usually. We’ll plan dust control, a temporary kitchen if needed, and a schedule that keeps the house livable.
Know your budget before you break ground.
We work with our lending partner, Trinathen Lending, so the loan and the build move together: pre-approval up front, draws paid as the work gets done, and one plan from the lot to the keys.
